What makes our service different

Two things, mostly. The first is equipment: our truck-mounted unit stays in the van and delivers far more heat and suction than any portable machine, which is what actually pulls soil out of the pile rather than pushing it deeper. The second is honesty. If a carpet is beyond saving, or the underlay needs replacing rather than cleaning, we say so. We would rather lose one job than charge twice for a problem we could not fix.
