Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge extra for travel outside Christchurch?
There is no surcharge inside our standard service area, which covers Greater Christchurch, Selwyn, Waimakariri and Mid Canterbury. For jobs further afield, ask when you call and we will be upfront about it.
Are you really open 24 hours?
Yes. Monday to Sunday, 24 hours, for bookings and emergency water extraction. Emergencies are answered directly rather than queued for a call-back.
Can you come out on a public holiday?
Yes, including public holidays. Water damage does not wait, so neither do we.
