Carpet Cleaning Burnside

Burnside was, for a while, one of the fastest-growing places in the country. Christchurch City Libraries records the expansion accelerating after the Second World War as ex-servicemen returned to build, with much of the suburb going up as new subdivisions, many under the Group Housing Scheme, on sections of 25 to 40 perches. The schools track it: Burnside School in 1956, Burnside High in 1960 and Roydvale in 1967.

Technical category sampling comes back predominantly TC1 with some TC2, no TC3 and no red zone — and those categories sit on individual properties, describing future possibility rather than what happened to your house.
